Answer: On the island of St. Thomas docketing fees should be paid at the Office of the Cashier at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands located at 5400 Veterans Drive, St. Thomas. A fee slip must be obtained from the Supreme Court Clerk's Office prior to paying the docketing fees.

On the island of St. Croix docketing fees should be paid at the Office of the Cashier at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands located at R.R. Box 1 9000 Kingshill. A fee slip must be obtained from the Supreme Court Clerk's Office prior to paying the docketing fees.

Answer: The cost for obtaining a Certificate of Good Standing is Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). All checks or money orders should be made payable to the "Clerk of the Court."

Question: How many copies of briefs do you require?
Answer: In accordance with Rule 25 (d) of the Supreme Court Rules, seven (7)copies of each brief shall be filed with the Supreme Court, and two (2) copies are to be served on counsel for each party. You are encouraged to read the Rules of the Supreme Court as it pertains to the filing of Briefs for further clarification.
