The Office of Disciplinary Counsel is responsible for the day to day operations of the disciplinary system, including the regulation of Virgin Islands Attorneys and members of the Virgin Islands Judiciary.

Disciplinary Counsel prosecutes those who have committed ethical misconduct, and works with those who are suffering from a physical or mental condition which adversely affects their ability to serve the public.  In addition, Disciplinary Counsel compiles statistical data regarding the investigation and prosecution of disciplinary complaints, formulates and implements short-term and long-term goals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the disciplinary system, and educates the public about existence and operation of the disciplinary system.
